It happens more and more that live albums are recorded live streams shows that find some new life through releases, published a few months after the digital event. This time Polish black metal icons Behemoth are the ones releasing a live album that features a streaming concert the band played in September 2020 at Abandoned Church in Pisarzowice, Poland…

The second release in the Slavonic Trilogy reissue series. Sventevith (Storming Near the Baltic) is the debut studio album by Polish extreme metal band Behemoth; originally released in April 1995. The 2021 reissue is beautifully packaged and include bonus audio material and booklets containing exclusive archival content.

Polish extreme metallers BEHEMOTH have announced “In Absentia Dei”, a groundbreaking immersive live-stream spectacular which will broadcast on September 5 from a secret church location in Poland. The event will be streamed in high-definition 4K.

Behemoth have announced their upcoming EP A Forest, is set to be released May 29th. With the announcement of the album, they have also released a death metal cover version of “A Forest” with vocals from Shining’s Niklas Kvarforth. The song is originally performed by The Cure. The EP will include 4 tracks, with two of them being covers of “A Forest.” One is a studio version and the other being a live performance from a show in Poland in 2018. It also features two brand new tracks called ‘Shadows Ov Ea Cast Upon Golgotha’ and ‘Evoe, which serve as a continuation from the bands critically acclaimed 2018 album I Loved You At Your Darkest.

Three years after their initial debut, ME AND THAT MAN – Nergal’s dark folk/blues solo project – have returned with their sophomore release, New Man, New Songs, Same Shit Vol. 1, set to be released on March 27, 2020 via Napalm Records. Upon release, ME AND THAT MAN’s debut album, Songs of Love and Death, cast a spell on the world. Now, the mysterious collective has surpassed themselves with their bewitching new offer – consisting of menacing lyrics atop unfiltered blues, gothic-laced folk, outlaw country and Americana-influenced anthems.

It is time to cover Europe in darkness once again: Today, BEHEMOTH release their new digital EP "Live At Maida Vale". The release precedes the black metal heroes' tour edition of their latest album "I Loved You At Your Darkest", which will be out on January, 24th. Poland's darkest force recorded several songs during an exclusive BBC Radio 1 session and are releasing the EP in support of their appearance on the upcoming European SLIPKNOT tour.
