"The Rape of El Morro" is an album by American arranger/conductor and composer Don Sebesky featuring performances recorded in 1975 and released on the CTI label.

For this set, he performs three of his originals (none of which caught on), guitarist Joe Beck's "Penny Arcade", and a 13-minute version of Stevie Wonder's "Too High". Farrell is in excellent form, as are keyboardist Herbie Hancock, Beck, bassist Herb Bushler, drummer Steve Gadd and Don Alias on conga. As is true of his other CTI sets, this Joe Farrell effort expertly mixes together some slightly commercial elements and superior recording quality with strong solos.

He is best known for a series of albums under his own name on the CTI record label and for playing in the initial incarnation of Chick Corea's "Return to Forever". "Upon This Rock" is his album, released in 1974.

Idris Muhammad (Arabic: إدريس محمد‎‎; born Leo Morris) was an American jazz drummer who recorded extensively with many musicians, including Ahmad Jamal, Lou Donaldson, Pharoah Sanders, and Tete Montoliu. "House of the Rising Sun" is his 1976 album, originally released on Kudu Records, subsidiary label of CTI Records, specialized in soul jazz artists.
