British rock band Marillion, founded in 1979, have, over the course of 17 albums, become one of the most commercially successful neo-progressive rock band of the 1980s and are still one of the most outstanding representatives of their genre. F.E.A.R. (or "Fuck Everyone And Run"), the band s eighteenth studio album, features 5 brand new tracks consisting of 17 parts - and the feeling within the band themselves is that they may well have produced their best ever work.

Recorded at Racket studio in England, the album echoes the great layered sound of albums like Marbles and Afraid of Sunlight, all that Marillion fans hope to hear on a new record. Songs like Gaza and Montreal show once more, that epic progressive songwriting can speak the musical language of the new millennium. On the weekend of 17th March 2023, thousands of Marillion fans travelled from over 45 different countries around the world for the 21st Anniversary of the Marillion Weekends and the first Port Zelande Weekend for four years. The centrepiece of the Weekend was the definitive live performance of the critically acclaimed album “An Hour Before It’s Dark”. Featuring special guests, incredible visuals and a captivating light show, this unique event was filmed in a newly reconfigured, custom built venue.

This new Blu-Ray reissue features the original album newly remixed by Steven Wilson in 5.1 Surround Sound and the 2017 Remaster in high resolution 24-bit/96kHz. Rounding out the disc are Wilson’s Surround Sound and Stereo remixes of “Lady Nina”, the B-side to “Kayleigh”.

In March 1984, Marillion released their second studio album Fugazi, which went on to be certified Gold and reach number 5 in the UK albums charts. The classic album spawned two singles Assassing and Punch and Judy, both reaching #22 and #29 on the UK singles charts respectively. Fugazi was the first Marillion album to feature Ian Mosley on drums and percussion, replacing Mick Pointer after the highly successful Script For A Jester’s Tear. It also included Fish, Steve Rothery, Pete Trewavas and Mark Kelly.
