Description

Think for a moment, everything in life is about„.I. Knowing What We Want (=Decision-making), and Getting What We Want (Negotiating)2. Every action we take is driven by a Decision, and Every interaction we engage in isa Negotiation3. In life you don't get what you deserve; you get what you Negotiate.4. The PRIZE, has a PRICE, always (see the spelling)Most folks have illusions of infallibility - they are convinced that commonsense and logic is adequate in today's age of BIG DATA. This course will give the student a new insight. The main thrust of this course is to address human irrationalities. Then we show the perils of inherent biases that hinder the search for the optimum decision. We will first deal with multi-criteria decisions, demonstrating that we should not simply assign criteria weights.  Then we will show the need for decision-validation. Next we will deal with uncertainties. We will discuss Event Probabilities, and Impact Probabilities. The student will be introduced to D-Zone maps. Decision-making, and Negotiating have a serious impact on everything you do in life.  It is imperative that you continue to upskill yourself in these two areas. We encourage you to take the self-assessment. Good luck.
