So What is the third solo studio album by the American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Joe Walsh. It was released in late 1974 on ABC-Dunhill Records. It contains hard rock songs such as "Welcome To The Club" and a remake of the Barnstorm track, "Turn To Stone". It also contains more introspective material such as "Help Me Through the Night" and "Song For Emma". On a few tracks, Don Henley, Glenn Frey, and Randy Meisner of Eagles contributed backing vocals.

Floyd Cramer was an American Hall of Fame pianist who was one of the architects of the Nashville sound. He was known for his "slip note" piano style, in which an out-of-key note slides into the correct note. In 2003 Cramer was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Only The Big Ones is a album of 1966 hit songs covered by Floyd and Nashville A List session men. The Age of Plastic is the debut album by the English new wave duo The Buggles. The band was formed in 1977 by singer and bassist Trevor Horn and keyboardist Geoffrey Downes. It is a concept album about the possible effects of modern technology. The title was conceived from the group's intention of being a "plastic group" and the album was produced in the wake of the success of their debut record, "Video Killed the Radio Star" (1979), which topped the UK Singles Chart. Most of the album's other tracks were written during promotion of the single.
